HT traded on all 34 days, yet its close stayed within a €1.50 range

Between 1 September and 16 October 2026 the Zagreb Stock Exchange had 34 trading days. In that window 61 different shares traded at least once, but only nine traded on every single day: ADPL, ADRS2, DLKV, ERNT, HT, KODT, KOEI, RIVP and ZABA.

HT d.d. is one of them. The share traded on all 34 days, in 930 transactions, with a turnover of €3,590,161.20 — the eighth largest equity turnover of the period and 3.89% of the €92,373,804.16 total turnover in shares.

And the price barely moved.

A closing range of €1.50

HT's lowest close over those 34 days was €38.80, the highest €40.30. The difference is €1.50, or 3.87% of the lower figure.

For comparison, the same calculation for all nine shares that traded every day:

Share Lowest close Highest close Range
RIVP €8.50 €8.80 3.53%
HT €38.80 €40.30 3.87%
KODT €4,240.00 €4,460.00 5.19%
ZABA €22.40 €24.00 7.14%
ERNT €205.00 €222.00 8.29%
ADPL €23.00 €25.90 12.61%
KOEI €1,016.00 €1,172.00 15.35%
ADRS2 €100.50 €119.50 18.91%
DLKV €14.70 €17.80 21.09%

HT has the second narrowest closing range in the group, behind Valamar Riviera (RIVP). The range at the other extreme of the same group — Dalekovod (DLKV) at 21.09% — is more than five times as wide.

⚠️ The range is computed from regular-trading closing prices only, not from daily highs and lows, and excluding block-trade prices. Intraday prices outside this range may have occurred.

Eleven days without a change

On 11 of the 34 days the official EOD record for HT shows a daily change of 0.00% — the close equalled the previous close, even though trading did take place that day.

Only one day produced a move of 2% or more in either direction: 18 September 2026, −2.25% (previous close €40.00 → close €39.10). That same day had the highest number of transactions of the whole period — 60.

HT's median daily turnover was €62,369.35 and the median number of transactions 27.5. The fewest transactions in a single day was 11 (15 October), the most 60 (18 September).

On the last day of the window, 16 October 2026, HT closed at €39.20 (previous close €38.90 → +0.77%) on 30 transactions and €29,856.60 of turnover.

Two transactions, 22% of the turnover

The period also contains two block trades in HT (model: BLOCK in the source) — one transaction each, a large volume, and no stated percentage change:

Together €799,815.60, or 22.3% of HT's entire turnover across the 34 days — achieved in 2 of 930 transactions.

📌 Total turnover and median daily turnover describe daily activity differently. An average derived from total turnover is €105,592.98 per day, against a median daily turnover of €62,369.35. Leaving out the two block rows, the average is €82,068.99 and the median €55,063.85. ⛔ No cause for the gap is asserted — the gap is there without the block trades too.

About the fair-value zone

The HT share page publishes a fair-value zone of €58–73, against a last price of €39.20 (official EOD for 16 October 2026). The page expresses that relationship as a market price 31.9% below the zone.

⚠️ That is a description of the relationship between two numbers — a published zone derived from a publicly described methodology, and the market price on a given day. It is not a price target, not a forecast and not a recommendation. The zone does not move with the daily price and says nothing in itself about how the price will behave.
